    1 strip turkey bacon, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green sweet pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten, or 1/4 cup refrigerated egg product
  • 2 tablespoons chopped tomato
  • Few dashes bottled hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • 1 warmed 8-inch fat-free flour tortilla

How to make Breakfast Tortilla Wrap

  • In a medium nonstick skillet cook bacon until crisp. Add green pepper, cumin, and salt and crushed red pepper, if desired. Cook for 3 minutes. Add egg whites or egg product; cook for 2 minutes. Stir in tomato and hot pepper sauce, if desired. Spoon onto tortilla and roll up. Makes 1 serving.
  • Breakfast Tortilla Wrap is ready to serve.

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

How to make Breakfast Waffles

  • Mix egg yolks and milk.
  • Add flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and mix well.
  • Add the oil.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff and then fold into the batter.

  • 1 medium banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make Banana breakfast shake:

  • In a blender, combine the banana, milk, vanilla and almond extract.
  • Blend for about 20 seconds (until smooth).
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon (if desired).
  • Freeze for several hours or overnight.

  • 1 pound sausage shopping list
  • 1 pkg. (frozen) crescent rolls shopping list
  • 1 cup loosely packed frozen hash brown potatoes thawed shopping list
  • 1 cup sharp cheese shredded shopping list
  • 5 eggs (4 if extra large) shopping list
  • 1/4 cup milk shopping list
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

How to make Breakfast Pizza

  • Cook sausage until brown, drain fat (or use brown and serve sausage). Place crescent roll pieces in an ungreased round 12 inch pizza pan with points toward the center of pan. Press crescent roll pieces together to form a single “crust.”
  • Spoon crumbled sausage on top of crust, sprinkle potatoes over top of sausage. Top with sharp cheese.
  • In a bowl beat eggs and milk, add salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture on top of crust. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° 25 to 30 minutes.

  • 1/4 cup Gram Flour
  • 1/4 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/4 cup Moong Flour
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Peas (boiled, smashed)
  • 1/2 Beetroot (grated)
  • 1 Carrot (grated)
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 green Chilies (crushed fine)
  • Oil to shallow fry
  • 1/4 tsp Soda
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

How to make Rainbow Omelette:

  • Mix all the ingredients together. Add water to make a batter, make sure the batter is of flowing consistency, not too thick and not too thin.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, and pour a big spoonful of batter on the pan or tawa.
  • Put oil on the edges of the batter. Cook till it is golden brown.
  • Flip over and cook the other side.
  • Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Oysters
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 6 Eggs (beaten)
  • 4 Stems (spring onions)
  • 2 Stems coriander
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp Peanut oil
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Chop the onions and coriander.
  • Wash the oyster and cut them into small pieces.
  • Add corn flour to the pieces.
  • Keep it aside.
  • Add the chopped onions and coriander to the beaten eggs.
  • Blanch the oyster pieces in boiling water.
  • Drain it.
  • Add sesame oil, pepper and salt to it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Heat the peanut oil in a pan.
  • Pour half of the egg mixture and half of the oyster mixture into the pan.
  • Cook till the edges of both the sides of omelet turn slight brown in colour.
  • Oyster Omelette is ready.

Egg Khagina Recipe

  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic powder
  • 1/4 Cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 Onions
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1-1/2 tsp Salt
  • Cilantro for garnishing

How to make Egg Khagina

  • Heat oil in a deep pan and add the thinly sliced onions to it.
  • Fry them until they start to get a brown tinge.
  • Add the ginger-garlic paste to it and keep stirring.
  • Combine the turmeric powder, salt, milk, green chilli and red chilli powder with it, mix well.
  • Break the eggs and cook them on top of the onions.
  • Cut a green onion and pop it on the eggs.
  • Keep stirring to avoid the onions sticking to the pan.
  • When eggs seem to cook through, break them with a wooden spatula, not to cut them into too small pieces.
  • Garnish it with cilantro.
  • Egg Khagina is ready to serve.

Sausage Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1lb breakfast chicken sausage, browned and crumbled
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 6 cups cubed,stale french or sourdough bread

Method:

  • Place cooked sausage on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Add bread evenly on top. Beat eggs, milk, and seasonings.
  • Pour over sausage and bread.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Before baking, press bread down gently into casserole dish.
  • Bake 350º for 50 minutes or until light golden brown and set in center.
