Bread Kofta Curry

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – Four
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – Two tsp

  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon

  • Curd – 2 tblsp
  • Tomatoes — 8, finely chopped
  • Coriander Leaves — 1 bunch, finely chopped
  • With regard to Filling:
  • Oil — 2 tblsp
  • Onion – 2 big
  • Paneer – Twenty five gms
  • Green Chillies – Two
  • Red Chilli Powder — 1 tsp
  • Salt because per taste
  • Grind to a Paste:
  • Garlic — 6 flakes
  • Coriander Seeds — One teaspoon
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Poppy Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger — 1/2 inch piece

How to make Bread Kofta Curry

  • Steam potatoes. Peel as well as mash.
