Aloo Shimla Mirch

Ingredients:

  • Aloo Shimla MirchCapsicums – Six
  • Potatoes – 2
  • Asafoetida — One and a halfpinch
  • Split Cashewnuts – Two tsp
  • Peanuts – Two tsp
  • Tamarind Juice — 1/2 tsp
  • Jaggery – 1/2 cup
  • Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Oil — 100 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Roast and Grind to a paste:
  • Chana Dal – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds – Two tbsp,
  • Coriander Seeds — 1 tbsp
  • Red Chillies – 5

 

How to make Aloo Shimla Mirch

  • Warmth 4 tbsp oil.
  • Fry capsicums as well as potatoes.
  • Include the actual asafoetida, cashewnuts as well as peanuts.
  • Cook for five moments.
  • Include the floor masala, tamarind juice and jaggery.
  • Cook on a sluggish fire till carried out.
  • Add salt and simmer.
  • Add water if needed.
  • Garnish along with coriander leaves.
  • Function along with chapatti.
  • Aloo Shimla Mirch is ready to serve.
