- Green chilies 10
- Oil ½ cup
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Jaggery 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Tamarind 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
- Achar masala 2 tbsp
How to make Achari Imli Mirch
- Slit 10 big green chilies and keep aside.
- In a bowl mix together 2 tbsp tamarind pulp, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp Achar Masala, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and 1 tsp jaggery, mix well and stuff green chilies with this mixture.
- Now heat ½ cup oil in a frying pan, add stuffed green chilies and fry well.
- Put in a jar, pour the remaining oil in jar and use as required.
Achari Imli Mirch is ready to serve.
