Egg Rabri Ingredients:
- 1 litre milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- ¼ teaspoon saffron
- 1 teaspoon custard powder
- ½ cup fresh cream
- 2-3 drops of vanilla essence
- Almonds, chopped
How to make Egg Rabri
- Boil milk with sugar, saffron and custard powder.
- Add eggs and stir continuously with wooden spoon on low heat.
- When it becomes thick remove from the stove, mix fresh cream and vanilla essence.
- Pour into large glasses and serve with straws.
