Vegetables Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 carrot finely chopped
  • 1 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies roughly chopped
  • 2 onions
  • 1 spring onion (cut into cubes)
  • 1cup tomato (cut into cubes)
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Chinese salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ cup corn flour

Directions:

  • Mix all the vegetables in a pan, add two glasses of water and boil on low heat.
  • When tender add chicken stock and boil for five to six minutes.
    Mix the seasoning. Mix corn flour in a half cup of water and add to the soup.
  • Remove and serve hot.
