    4 mugs water

  • 1 cup cut celery
  • 1 cup free of moisture lentils
  • 1/2 mug quinoa
  • 1/2 cup cut carrots
  • 1/2 mug fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Blend lentils, water, carrots, mushrooms, quinoa and celery chili powder, cumin, and ginger inside a saucepan.
  2. Cover saucepan and prepare food soup over moderate-very low heating until finally lentils and vegetables are tender, 45 to 60 minutes.
