Kurkuri Tawa Fish

Kurkuri Tawa Fish Recipe by Shireen AnwarKurkuri Tawa Fish Ingredients:

  • Boneless Fish Fillet half kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Green Coconut chutney 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp

Ingredients for coating:

  • Rice Flour ½ cup
  • Corn Flour ½ cup
  • Semolina 2 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil for frying

How to make: Kurkuri Tawa Fish

  1. Mix all the ingredients of marination marinate fish for 30 min.
  2. in a large plate mix well all the ingredients of coating.
  3. Dip fish in coating mixture, shallow fry till golden on each side.
  4. Kurkuri Tawa Fish is ready to serve hot.

Jhatpat Anda Masala

Jhatpat Anda Masala Recipe by Shireen AnwarJhatpat Anda Masala Ingredients:

  • Boils eggs 6
  • Oil half cup
  • Fenugreek seeds half tsp
  • Whole red chilies 4
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 10 – 12
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Green chilies 2 – 3
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes puree 2 tbsp
  • Tomato choparized 3
  • Coconut milk half cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric half tsp
  • Onion chopped 1

How to make: Jhatpat Anda Masala

  1. Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic, fenugreek seeds, button red chilies, white cumin seeds, and curry leaves, add in salt turmeric chili powder, tomato puree.
  2. Choprized tomatoes fry well until oil comes top.
  3. Add coconut milk add boil eggs, coriander leaves green chilies.
  4. Leave it on Dum for 5 min.
  5. Jhatpat Anda Masala is ready to serve with Naan.

  • Gram Lentil (soaked) 250 grams
  • Gram Flour 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Whole Red Pepper 8
  • Curry leaves 10 – 12
  • Coriander Leaves half bunch
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander Seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp

How to make: Pakora Pops

  1. Soak gram lentil for 6 hours then grind in food processor, with all the ingredients till smooth.
  2. Make round balls, deep fry in hot oil.
  3. Till golden brown and crisp remove give a stick straight into each pop serve with chutney that you pick.
  4. Pakora Pops are ready to serve, hot with chutney.

  1. Mix completely in mince and knead well.
  2. Making into balls and deep fry until golden brown.

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Vanilla Frozen treats 3/4 cups softened
  • Strawberry Syrup 1/4 cup
  • Strawberries (finely chopped) 5-6
  • Ice cubes 2-3
  • Whipped Cream as required

How to make: Strawberry Frappuccino

  1. Blend all till smooth.
  2. Drop some chopped strawberries in the serving glass and pour the blended mixture inside it
  3. Strawberry Frappuccino is ready to serve with whipped creamed.

Ice Cream Pie

  • Dark Chocolate Cookies (crushed) 25
  • Butter (softened) 5 oz
  • Fruit Cocktail 1 cup
  • Vanilla Ice Cream 1 Liter
  • Chocolate Sauce as required

How to make: Ice Cream Pie

  1. Make base by mixing crushed butter and cookies.
  2. Line pie plate, spread fruit cocktail.
  3. Top with softened Vanilla Ice cream.
  4. Drizzle chocolate Sauce.
  5. Chill ice cream Pie until it become soft, serve chilled.

Baked Cherry Cheese Cake

Baked Cherry Cheese Cake Recipe by Shireen AnwarIngredients for base:

  • Digestive Biscuits (crushed) 2 cups
  • Butter (melted) 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt half kg (Hung)
  • Eggs 3
  • Flour 3 tbsp heaped
  • Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Cherry 1 tin
  • Caster Sugar ½ cup
  • Icing Sugar as required
  • Cream 1 cup

How to make: Baked Cherry Cheese Cake

  1. Crush biscuit mix with butter spread by 8 by 8 inch square Pyrex dish.
  2. Within a blender spread cheese and card, egg cream flour caster sugar fresh lemon juice.
  3. Blend for 1 min.
  4. Remove inside a bowl blend chopped cherries ( remove cherry seeds).
  5. Spread on top of the biscuit lyre bake on 180 Degrees for 40 min remove from oven cool sprinkle with icing sugar cut in cubes and serve.

Baked Lemon Doughnuts

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Caster Sugar half cup
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda half tsp
  • Salt quarter tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Yogurt ¾ cups
  • Oil half cup
  • Milk quarter cup
  • Lemon Zest 1 tsp

Ingredients for Icing:

  • Icing Sugar 1 cup
  • Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice 1 – 2 tbsp

How to make: Baked Lemon Doughnuts

  1. Sieve together flour baking soda and powder, add butter. Add in caster sugar egg yoghurt, oil, and lemon zest mix well. If necessary, then form in to a dough using milk. Grease a doughnut tray makes balls of mixture spread in grated doughnut tray Bake on 180 d for 25 min remove spread with icing.

Method for Doughnuts Icing:

  1. Mix together icing lemon and sugar juice.
  2. when doughnuts are cold enough, spread icing evenly.
  3. Baked Lemon Doughnuts is ready to serve.

Spicy Mince with Green Chili

Ingredients

  • Spicy Mince Recipe

    ½ cup Oil

  • 1 ½ cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 6 Black Pepper
  • 2 Green Cardamoms
  • ½ kg Mince
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • 1 ½ tsp Red Pepper in crushed form
  • ½ kg turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • Tamarind Pulp 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • ½ bunch Coriander Leaves
  • 8 Green Chilies, chop them

Method

  1. In a frying pan, heat oil and fry already chopped onion until they slightly golden brown.
  2. Now add ginger and garlic paste, corn, black pepper, green cardamoms, salt, red pepper, turmeric powder, coriander powder, mince and chopped tomatoes.
  3. For 10 minutes, fry the mince well until oil become on top.
  4. Add 1 cup water and cook until mince tender.
  5. Then add in Tamarind pulp and all spice powder.
  6. Now Add green chilies and fresh coriander leaves and put it dum for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Spicy Mince with Green Chili is ready to serve hot with simple bread or Tandoori Roti.

Cripsy Palak Raita

Cripsy Palak Raita Recipe by Shireen AnwarCripsy Palak Raita Ingredients:

  • Yogurt (beaten) 500 grams
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1 tsp
  • Spinach (chopped & dried) ½ kg

How to make: Cripsy Palak Raita

  1. Wash dry and chopped palak
  2. Deep fry palak in little oil till crisp.
  3. Keep palak aside.
  4. Take a serving bowl, beat yogurt and add in seasonings, top with fried palak.
  5. Cripsy Palak Raita is ready to serve.
