Crispy Baked Fish Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  • Wash and dry fillets and cut into nugget size pieces.
  • Season, dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs.
  • Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
  • Bake 10 minutes without turning.
