  • Boneless Fish Fillet half kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Green Coconut chutney 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp

Ingredients for coating:

  • Rice Flour ½ cup
  • Corn Flour ½ cup
  • Semolina 2 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil for frying

How to make: Kurkuri Tawa Fish

  1. Mix all the ingredients of marination marinate fish for 30 min.
  2. in a large plate mix well all the ingredients of coating.
  3. Dip fish in coating mixture, shallow fry till golden on each side.

  • Prawns 6 with tails
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 beaten Egg with 1 tbsp milk
  • 4 tablespoon Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

How to make: Fisherman Catch

  1. Marinate prawns and fish with all the current lemon and seasonings juice, dip in beaten egg and milk mixture, roll in breadcrumbs and cheese mixture.
  2. Deep fry fish and prawns.
  3. Serve with fries and tartar sauce.

  • Prawns ½ kg
  • Spring Onion (White part) 2-3
  • Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
  • Oyster Sauce 1-2 tbsp
  • Red Curry Paste 1 tbsp

  • Basil 1 pinch
  • Fresh Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilies 5-6
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to make: Thai Prawn Rice

For Rice:

  1. Require a ½ kg of sela rice wash it and wash them back and soak it for two-three hours then hard boil it.
  2. strain it while keeping aside.
  3. Now have a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil, het it and add 2 tbsp of chopped garlic then add ½ kg of fry and prawns, for 1-2 minutes then remove it the prawns.
  4. Now add 2-3 chopped spring onions(white part), add 1 tbsp of red curry paste, 5-6 green chilies, boost taste salt, 1-2 tbsp of oyster sauce, 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 tbsp of fish sauce mix it well add again the ½ kg of fried prawns , 1 pinch of basil and ½ kg of hard boiled sela rice mix it well.
  5. Once the rice is prepared remove it within a serving platter and garnish with spring onions and serve it.
  6. Thai prawn rice is ready to serve, hot.

  • 1 pound linguine pasta
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup pesto
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions:

  1. Bring a sizable pot of gently salted water to some boil. Add linguine pasta, and prepare for eight to ten minutes, or until al dente drain.
  2. Inside a large skillet, melt the butter over medium warmth. Stir in cream, and season with pepper. Prepare six to eight minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir Mozzarella dairy product into cream sauce, stirring until completely mixed. Merge the pesto, and prepare for three to five minutes, until thickened.

  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
