Two tablespoons margarine or butter
- 2 tablespoons Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- One and a half cup milk
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (3 oz .)
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- Two drops tabasco sauce
How to make Cheese Sauce
- Heat margarine within 1-quart soup pot more than low warmth until dissolved. Mix within baking mix, salt and pepper. Cook more than reduced warmth, stirring constantly, till combination is smooth and bubbly; remove through warmth. Stir within milk. Heat to cooking, mixing constantly; steam as well as stir One moment. Mix within cheese, mustard and tabasco. Warmth more than reduced warmth till cheese is dissolved.
Cheese Sauce is ready to serve.
