Asian Slaw Recipe

Ingredients:

    Six cups shredded Chinese (napa) cabbage

  • 1 medium tart apple, reduce into julienne (matchstick-cut) strips (regarding 1 1/2 cups)
  • One and a halfmedium bulb fennel, thinly sliced (One cup)
  • Three medium green onions, sliced (3 tbsps)
  • Two tbsps chopped fresh parsley
  • One mug mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • One tbs white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • One tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • One tbs grated gingerroot

How to make Asian Slaw

  • 1In large bowl, stir together cabbage, apple, fennel, onion, as well as parsley
  • In small bowl, mix with each other remaining elements using a whisk; our over cabbage mixture. Throw lightly. Refrigerate One hour.
  • Asian Slaw is ready to serve.
