Pakistani Pizza and Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces Garden Vegetable cream cheese, softened
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 1 cup shredded pizza-blend cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup seasoning blend (onion, celery, pepper & parsley)
  • 1 can pizza sauce
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup Italian sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives

Method:

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, and beat at low speed to mix.
  • Add pizza-blend cheese, fennel seeds and oregano.
  • Spray a 9×13″ baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Put 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese in the pan; pour cream cheese-egg mixture over.
  • Sprinkle with seasoning blend.
  • Bake at 375F about 30 minutes until set.
  • Take out of the oven and spread with pizza sauce.
  • Layer with mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage and olives.
  • Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  • Return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes until bubbly and browned.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 1/2 lb sausage
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 package of pepperoni
  • 2 x 8 oz packages of pizza cheese

Method:

  • Brown the ground beef with the sausage and drain then mix in 1 package of cheese.
  • Spread on the bottom of a cookie sheet.
  • Pour the sauce over the meat mixture.
  • Top the sauce with 1/2 of the second package of cheese.
  • Cook the bacon and drain and crumble.
  • Add the bacon and pepperoni on top of mixture and add more cheese.
  • Cook the Lo Carb Pizza at 350 until brown.
  • Enjoy your freshly made Lo Carb Pizza!

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 12 oz spam cubed
  • 1 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1 unbaked pizza crust
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Method:

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees. In large skillet saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in oil until tender.
  • Spoon sauted vegetables and cubed spam on to pizza crust placed on a pizza pan.
  • Spoon spaghetti sauce over spam and then sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake the Spam Pizza for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Enjoy your freshly made Spam Pizza!

Ingredients:

  • Large size pizza base 2
  • Chicken breast, boiled and shredded 2
  • Green chillies, finely chopped 4
  • Capsicums, finely chopped 3 medium
  • Spring onions, finely chopped 3, green part only
  • Black pepper, powdered 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pizza cheese, grated 4 tbsp
  • Chilli cheese 4 tbsp
  • Dried oregano pinch

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 240°C.
  • In a saucepan heat butter, add boiled, shredded chicken and salt and fry for 3 minutes. Add green chillies, black pepper and paprika, mix well and continue to fry. Add all vegetables, fry on high heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Grease a round baking tray lightly. Put the pizza base on it, spread the chicken mixture on it, sprinkle the two grated cheese on it generously. Sprinkle the oregano on cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes till pizza becomes crispy.
  • Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 3 plum tomatoes sliced
  • 12 inch Italian pizza shell
  • 2 Tbs shredded fresh basil
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese divided

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Brush pizza shell with olive oil then sprinkle 1/4 cup of the cheese over the crust.
  • Top with tomato slices and remaining 1/4 cup cheese and sprinkle with pepper.
  • Bake directly on oven rack for 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle the Tomato and Basil Pizza with basil before serving.
  • Enjoy your freshly made Tomato and Basil Pizza!
