Easy Chicken Tikka Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Flour(maida) – 1kg
  • Yeast (11g) – 1 small packet
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – 3/4 cup
  • Eggs (beaten) – 3
  • Luke warm water – as required

For topping:

  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Chicken – 200 gm
  • Salt – to taste
  • Redchillies – 3 tbsp
  • Yougurt – 3 tbsp
  • Garam masala – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Oregano – 4 tsp
  • Egg (beaten) – 1
  • Onion – 1
  • Spring onions – 2
  • Mushmrooms – 12
  • Tomato – 1 large
  • Cheese – 1 packet
  • Green chillie sauce – to taste
  • Tomato ketchup – to taste
  • Pizza sauce – to taste
  • Garlic sauce – to taste

Method:

Dough:

  • Mix all the ingredients of the bread to make a dough.
  • Cover and keep aside for an hour.
  • When it is more than double in size, knead again.
  • Again keep aside for an hour to let it rise again.
  • Now bake it in a preheated oven.

Topping:

  • Mix all the spices and yogurt in chicken and cook without
  • water.
  • Apply beaten egg on baked bread.
  • Apply all the sauces and sprinkle oregano.
  • Cut all the vegetables in to small pieces and place on
  • bread.
  • Add chicken and finally sprinkle the cheese and baked it about 15 minutes.
