Noodles Romanoff Recipe

Ingredients:

    Eight ounces uncooked wide egg noodles

  • Two cups low-fat or regular sour cream
  • 1/4 mug grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbs chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large clove garlic, crushed
  • Two tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 1/4 mug grated Parmesan cheese

How to make Noodles Romanoff

  • Cook as well as deplete noodles as aimed on bundle. Blend sour cream, 1/4 mug cheese, the chives, salt, pepper as well as garlic.
  • Place hot noodles in large bowl. Stir within margarine. Fold in sour cream combination. Arrange noodles on warm platter. Spread with 1/4 mug cheese. Serve immediately.
  • Noodles Romanoff is ready to serve.
