How to make Grilled Prawn Pasta:
Preheat a char grill, grill pan or barbecue to medium-high heat.
In large bowl combine 2 tablespoons oil, lemon juice and garlic. Season.
Skewer 3 pieces each of prawn, broccoli and red onion, alternating the 3, keeping them close to the top. Place in shallow baking dish, drizzle with marinade and toss to coat well. Keep covered and chilled until ready to cook.
Meanwhile cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain and place in large bowl with 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon rind, cheese and oregano.
Cook skewers on grill for about 4 minutes, turning once, until prawns are just cooked. To serve divide the pasta equally among 4 plates, top with 2 skewers each. Serve with lemon wedges.
