How to make Plantain Chips
- Cover plantain pieces along with iced drinking water. Let remain 30 minutes; drain and pat dry.
- Heat oil (1 to 1 1/2 in .) within 3-qt saucepan to 375°F. Fry Twelve in order to Fourteen plantain pieces at a time in oil about 2 moments, switching occasionally, till golden dark brown. Remove with placed tea spoon; deplete on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt.
