    One and a half thin-style roll or bagel

  • One tbsp pesto (or more, as desired)
  • One and a halfslice fresh mozzarella
  • One and a halfslice fresh tomato (or more to cover the cheese inside a single layer)
  • 1/4 mug fresh baby spinach
  • One and a halfslice steamed or roasted beet (or even more in order to cover the spinach inside a single layer)
  • 1/4 mug alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper, sliced into thick pieces

How to make Super Veggie Sandwich

  • Lay the 2 halves from the roll or bagel. Spread the inner side of every along with pesto.
  • Layer the mozzarella, tomato, spinach, beet, alfalfa sprouts as well as bell pepper, covering using the other half of the roll.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Super Veggie Sandwich is ready to serve.
