- 10 to 12 – lychees, peeled, deseeded
- 2 glass – chilled wholefat milk
- 1 tbsp – sugar
- 1 or 2 drops – vanilla essence
How to make Lychee Milkshake
1. Chop two lychees very fine, refrigerate, keep aside till required.
2. Put remaining lychees in an electric blender, add sugar.
3. Run till a smooth paste is formed.
4. Add milk, run till well blended and frothy.
5. Pour into individual glasses, which have been chilled already.
6. Top with a few pieces of chopped lychees.
7. Serve chilled.
