- Milk – 2 cups, very cold
- Vanilla Ice Cream – 2 litres
- Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp, a little bit extra for garnishing
- Concentrated Espresso Coffee – 1 cup
- Whipped Cream
1. In a blender, put half quantities of all ingredients except the whipped cream.
2. Blend until thick and uniform.
3. Pour into three chilled cups.
4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with some cinnamon.
5. Serve immediately.
