Banana Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Nonfat Milk – 1 1/2 cups
  • Bananas (Frozen) – 1, medium, peeled and sliced
  • Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp (Optional)
  • Almond extract – 1/4 tsp (Optional)
  • Cinnamon (optional)

How to make Banana Shake Recipe

1. In a blender container, combine all ingredients except cinnamon.
2. Blend well until smooth, for about 20 seconds.
3. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

Serves: 2
