Pineapple Cream Cake Recipe by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients for sponge

  • Pineapple Cream Cake Recipe by Shireen Anwar4 Eggs
  • 4 ounces Flour 
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 4 ounces Caster sugar 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence or Pineapple essence

Ingredients for icing

  • 12 ounces Fresh cream whipped
  • 2 ounces Icing sugar 
  • 2 cup Pineapple titbit
  • Cherries for cake decoration

How to make Cake Sponge

  1. Beat sugar and eggs till light and fluffy, add essence, gently fold inside the sieved baking and flour powder mixture.
  2. Bake inside a preheated oven for 25 minutes on 180 degree C.

Ingredients for icing

  • Beat cream stiff add icing sugar.

How to make:  Pineapple Cream Cake

  1. Spread 1 layer of cake with a serving platter.
  2. Sprinkle with 3 to 4 tbsp of fruit syrup, spread with whipped cream, sprinkle with pineapple, cover with second cake, again moist with fruit syrup.
  3. Cover the edges and top with cream and fresh cherries and pineapple throughout the top and sides in the cake.
  4. Keep in refrigerate and Pineapple Cream Cake is ready to serve cool.
