1 package Betty Crocker® 1-step white angel food cake mix
- One and a half tablespoon baking cocoa
- 1 1/4 cups cold coffee
- Chocolate shot
- Mocha Frosting (below)
How to make Mocha Angel Cake
- Heat stove in order to 350º. Make and cool cake as directed on package for 2 9- in . loaf pans–except mix cocoa into dried out cake mix and employ cold coffee rather than the drinking water. Sprinkle along with chocolate shot.
