Guava Crumble Recipe by Shireen AnwarIngredients for Crumble:

  • Flour 6 oz
  • Butter 3 oz
  • Caster sugar 2 oz
  • Brown sugar 1 oz
  • Guavas 750 grams
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence half tsp

How to make: Guava Crumble

  1. Cut & peel guavas add in sugar 6 tbsp flour, vanilla essence lemon juice.
  2. Mix well spread in Pyrex serving dish and keep aside.

Method for Crumble

  1. Beat butter the two sugars, blend flour 6 oz, mix to make into bread crumbs.
  2. Put over guavas bake on 180 D for 25 minutes.
  3. Garnish guava Crumble with thin custard or vanilla frozen goodies and serve chilled.
