Chocolate Cannoli Cake Ingredients
1 egg white, softly beaten
- One cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese
- 1/4 mug sugar
- 1 tablespoon cold brewed coffee
- Only two teaspoons grated orange peel
- 1/2 cup smaller semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar

- 1 egg cell white
- 1 tablespoon cider white vinegar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat grains flour
- 1/3 cup baking cocoa
- A couple of teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
How to make Chocolate Cannoli Cake
- In a tiny bowl, blend the ovum white, ricotta cheese, sugar, caffeine and orange
peel. Blend in chocolate chips; set aside.
- In a very large pan, combine the very first eight batter ingredients; beat until
nicely blended. Mix the flours, cocoa powder, baking powder along with salt;
gradually defeat into sugar blend until mixed.
- Transfer to your 13-in. x 9-in. cooking dish sprayed with preparing food spray.
- Leading with heaping tablespoons of ricotta combination; cut through batter
having a knife for you to swirl.
- Bake from 350° for 25-30 min’s or right up until a toothpick introduced near the
middle comes out clear. Cool on the wire rack. Refrigerate leftovers.
