Ingredients

  • 1/2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • 3 garlic, cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp cummin seeds powder
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

Method

  • Make pieces of chicken breasts .Heat oil in a pan .Saute chicken pieces until golden from
  • both sides
  • Remove and drain .Add onion and ginger-garlic and fry till golden brown .Add all the
  • powders, and saute for a minute
  • Add chicken broth and water .Let it boil for 2 minutes .Add chicken pieces .Cover the pan
  • and let it cook for approx 30 mins.
  • Then add coconut milk .Cook for another 1 min. Serve with rice

Ingredients:

  • Chicken – 1 kg, skinned, boned and diced
  • Curd – 150 ml
  • Almonds – 50 gms, crushed
  • Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp, crushed
  • Cloves – 1/4 tsp, crushed
  • Bay leaves – 1/4 tsp, crushed
  • Green cardamom – 4
  • Ginger pulp – 1 tsp
  • Garlic pulp – 1 tsp
  • Tomato – 400 gms, chopped
  • Onion – 2, chopped
  • Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • Fresh cream – 4 tbsp
  • Chilli powder – 1 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  • Corn oil – 1 tbsp
  • Butter – 75 gms
  • Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Take a bowl and put curd, all the dry spices, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, ground almonds and salt.
2. Blend well.
3. Put the chicken pieces in a large bowl. Pour over the curd mixture.
4. Heat butter and oil together in a pan.
5. Put onions and fry for 3 minutes.
6. Add the chicken mixture.
7. Saute for about 7 to 10 minutes.
8. Add half of the coriander leaves. Blend well.
9. Add cream. Stir for sometime. Simmer.
10. When the chicken is done, garnish with the remaining coriander leaves before serving.
11. Tastes best with parathas or chappathis.

Ingredients:

  • 5 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Coarsely Ground Pepper
  • Dash of Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  • Cut chicken into thin pieces of any shape you desire.
  • Marinate overnight with soy sauce, salt,pepper and Chilli Sauce.
  • Roll in Breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown.
  • Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
  • Breaded Pepper Chicken is ready to serve.
  • Serve with ketchup.

Breaded Pepper Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500gm boneless chicken, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp shortening
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 lb bean sprouts
  • 1/2 lb chinese cabbage

Method:

  • Heat shortening in pan until very hot; add chicken and salt.
  • Saute for 2 minutes.
  • To this add 1 teaspoon soy sauce; add vegetables.
  • Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add 1/3 cup water; cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Now make your gravy by mixing 1 tsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp soy sauce to remainder of water; add to chop suey and stir until gravy reaches desired consistency.
  • Chicken Chop Suey is ready to serve.
  • Serve with steaming hot rice.

Ingredients:

  • 500gm chicken
  • 1 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt to taste

How to Crispy Baked Chicken:

  • Cut chicken into serving sized pieces and remove skin.
  • Roll pieces in crushed cornflakes.
  • Lay chicken on cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  • Sprinkle curry powder, garlic powder and paprika over chicken.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
  • Your Crispy Baked Chicken is ready to serve.
