Murgh Lasani – Rida Aftab Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ kg boneless chicken

  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 10 small green chilies
  • 50 grams butter
  • ½ cup tomato ketchup
  • ½ up yogurt
  • 1 tsp crushed red chilies
  • 1 tbsp green chili paste
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp black seeds
  • ½ tsp fennel seeds
  • ½ salt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp oil

How to make Murgh Lasani

  • Firstly, wash ½ kg boneless chicken properly and slice them in 3 inch long pieces.
  • Coat chicken pieces with ½ tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp cardamoms, ½ tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp green chili paste and 1 tbsp crushed garlic.
  • In a pan, heat 4 tbsp oil to fry chicken pieces on low flame until its water evaporates.
  • Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise, ½ cup yogurt, ½ cup tomato ketchup and 4 tbsp lemon juice in it and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes. Then take it out in a serving platter.
  • Now in a frying pan, heat 50 grams butter to fry 6 cloves garlic and 10 chopped small green chilies and add chicken in it.
  • Delicious Murgh Lasani is ready.
