How to make Chicken Pakora

Chicken Pakora Ingredients

    Boneless Chicken (cubes) 500 kg

  • Gram Flour (Besan) 2 tbsp
  • Rice Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp
  • Plain Flour 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Red Chilli 1 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
  • Roasted Chopped White Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Finely Chopped Onion Half Cup for half kg
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania) 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Green Chillies 2 or 3

How to make Chicken Pakora

  • Put gram flour, rice flour, corn flour and plain flour in a bowl.
  • Then add chopped red chilly & chopped coriander seeds.
  • Add white cumin seeds and salt in the above mixture.
  • Add turmeric and then add egg.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Add the finely chopped onion, green chili and coriander leaves.
  • Mix well.
  • Now add the chicken pieces in the mixture.
  • Deep fry every piece in low flame.
  • Chicken Pakora is ready to serve.
  • Chicken Pakora Tip: If the mixture is not coating the chicken pieces , add 1 – 2 tablespoon water.

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 4-6 servings
