<li>Heat oil in a wok and add sliced onions and stir fry for 20-30 seconds, add all other vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes.</li>
<li>Add salt and pepper and mix well. Now add boiled noodles and mix well (take care that noodles don&#8217;t break) .</li>
<li>Add vinegar, chili sauce and soya sauce and stir fry for a minute.</li>
<li>Serve the vegetable chowmein hot.</li>
<li>Note : According to taste vinegar, soya sauce and chili sauce can be increased or decreased.</li>

<li>Lightly sprinkle the chicken on each side with the paprika &amp; pepper while browning.</li>
<li>Remove chicken from the pan &amp; add the marsala to deglaze the pan.</li>
<li>Stir for a couple seconds to release the brown bits into the sauce.</li>
<li>Add the soup &amp; sour cream. Stir together.</li>
<li>Add the rice, water &amp; broccoli florets &amp; return chicken to pan.</li>
<li>Bring to a boil, then simmer until the chicken is cooked through.</li>
<li>Be sure to stir the rice so it doesnt stick.</li>
<li>Sprinkle the cheese over the skillet &amp; cover until melted.</li>

<li>6 Spring onions</li>
<li>1/2 Cup chopped onion</li>
<li>2 Garlic clove</li>
<li>1 tbsp Dark soy sauce</li>
<li>2-3 tbsp Vinegar</li>
<li>1 Cup chopped Beans</li>
<li>1 Cup oil</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Boil the chicken and cut into small pieces.</li>
<li>Keep noodles in hot water for 5-7 minutes and drain it.</li>
<li>Now cook it in salted water.</li>
<li>Leave it for drying.</li>
<li>Heat the oil and fry onions, chicken and beans.</li>
<li>Add noodles to it.</li>
<li>Stir fry it for few minutes.</li>
<li>Now add soy sauce, salt and vinegar and stir fry it for 5 minutes.</li>
<li>Chicken Chow Mein is ready.</li>

<li>Heat ghee in a medium sized heavy based frying pan. Add chicken and cook until browned on each side, but not cooked through. Remove and set aside.</li>
<li>Add onion and cook over low heat until soft and golden. Add capsicums and cook a further couple of minutes.</li>
<li>Add chilli, garlic and ginger. Cook for thirty seconds. Add cumin, coriander and curry paste.</li>
<li>Add tomatoes and water and simmer for 5 minutes. Return chicken to the pan and season with salt. Cook, stirring for another couple of minutes, until chicken cooks through.</li>
<li>Serve, garnished with coriander, with rice.</li>
</ul>

<li>Combine the flour, salt, and pepper on a dinner plate. Beat the eggs with 1 tablespoon of water on a second plate. Combine the breadcrumbs and Parmesan on a third plate. Dredge the chicken breasts on both sides in the flour mixture, then dip both sides into the egg mixture and roll in the bread-crumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat.</li>
<li>Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large saute pan and cook the chicken strips on medium-low heat for about 3 minutes on each side, until just cooked through. Don&#8217;t crowd the pan. Add more butter and oil and cook the rest of the chicken breasts. Serve each strip on a skewer or stick.</li>
<li>You can keep the chicken breasts warm for about 15 minutes on a sheet pan in a preheated 200 degree F oven.</li>

<p><span class="disb">How to make Chicken Shawarma:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Combine all ingredients except for chicken, fillings, and sauce ingredients to make marinade. If it seems a little dry, add a little olive oil (a tablespoon at a time). Here is an excellent tahini recipe, if you do not have some handy.</li>
<li>Add chicken, cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, preferable overnight.</li>
<li>In a stockpot or large saucepan, cook chicken over medium heat for 45 minutes or until done. Be sure not to overcook! If chicken becomes a little dry, add a few tablespoons of water throughout cooking duration.</li>
<li>While chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce. Combine sauce ingredients and mix well. Set aside.</li>
<li>Take the onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and sprinkle with sumac. Add other filling ingredients in a large bowl and combine well.</li>
<li>When the chicken is done, you can shred it, slice it, or leave into large pieces.</li>
<li>As long as it it thinly cut, there is not much difference. I prefer to cut mine into wide strips.</li>
<li>Prepare the Pita: Place enough chicken on pita that cover 1/4 of the loaf.</li>
<li>Add veggies and pour sauce.</li>
<li>Roll like a soft taco or burrito and you have shawarma!</li>
<li>You can also stuff the pocket of the pita if you like.</li>
<li><span class="disb">Serving Shawarma:</span> You can serve shawarma with fries, falafel, hummus, or with a salad like tabouleh.</li>
</ul>
