Chilli Garlic Layer Chicken Pasta Ingredients

    1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

  • 1/4 kg Chicken boneless, small cubes
  • 2 tbsp oil

Marinade

  • 4 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Green chillies, crushed or paste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic, crushed or paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato sauce
  • 6 medium size Tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, or 1/2 tsp dried
  • 2 tbsp Hot chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic, crushed or paste
  • 3 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 3 tbsp Butter or oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pasta
  • 3 cup boiled pasta
  • 3 finely chopped Spring onions, green part only
  • 4 Capsicums, cut into pasta size
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

How to make Chilli Garlic Layer Chicken Pasta

  • Mix the marinade ingredients in a very bowl and marinate the chicken for 40 minutes.
  • Maintain refrigerator.
  • Heat butter, fry the chicken on high temperature till the chicken is
    cooked. Schedule.
  • Tomato sauce:
  • In the shallow saucepan, heat butter, fry garlic paste and oregano together on low heat.
  • Add tomato puree, basil, salt, hot chilli sauce, chilli garlic sauce and
    chilli powder.
  • Stir for some minutes.
  • Then cover the pan and simmer till the sauce thickens and oil
    separates.
  • Heat oil in the deep pan and fry the many vegetables together on high
    temperature.
  • Add boiled pasta, salt, tomato sauce and garlic powder. Mix well and
    hang up aside.
  • Grease an ovenproof dish.
  • Spread half the pasta, spread chicken on the top and cover with the
    remaining pasta.
  • Cover the pasta with grated cheese and top with a little hot sauce.
  • Invest microwave for 4 to 5 minutes on hot temperature.
  • Serve hot with garlic bread.
    • Chilli Garlic Layer Chicken Pasta is ready to serve.
