Chicken Teriyaki Recipe


  • Chicken drumsticks 8 large
  • Teriyaki sauce 1/2 cup
  • Apple juice 2 tbsp
  • Green onion minced 1
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chili with garlic sauce 2 tbsp


  • Mix all the ingredients and make a paste. Make cuts on the drumstick and marinate the pieces. Now place the chicken in a large plastic storage bag and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight, turning occasionally. Next day, take out the chicken and bake or grill it, brushing with reserved marinade every 20 mins. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
