Chicken Haray Masalay ka kabab (Green Spice Balls)

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Mince 1/2 Kg.
  • Bread Slices 2
  • Egg 1
  • Raw Papaya 1 Tbsp
  • Green Corriander 1/2 cup
  • Mint Leaves 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies 10
  • Spring onion 2
  • Ginger Galic Paste  1 Tbsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1 Tsp
  • Whole corriander1 Tsp
  • White Cummin 1Tsp
  • Salt According to taste
  • Tooth Picks As required
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  • Soak the bread slieces in water for 5 minutes.
  • Squeeze out the water of bread.
  • Mix chicken mince with breal slieces.
  • Roast & crush 12. & 11.
  • Finely Chop 08. 05. 06. & 07.
  • Now mix all the ingredients with chiken mince, bread slices & egg.
  • Now make kabab balls with mixed mince & place the tooth pick.
  • Heat oil & deep fry the kababs till they get golden brown.
  • Now serve hot with green sauce (chatni) & salad.
