Chicken Brochette Recipe by Shireen AnwarChicken Brochette Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken (1 inch cubed) ½ kg
  • Capsicum (cubed) 1
  • Tomatoes (cubed) 1
  • Onion (cubed) 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Mustard ½ tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Worchester sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp

Method for Sauce:

  • Onion (sliced) 1
  • Capsicum (sliced) 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Pepper Brown sauce half cup
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Pepper ¼ tsp
  • Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp

How to make: Sauce

  1. Heat oil inside a fry pan add onion fry for two min.
  2. when onion soft add capsicum fry to get a min.
  3. remove half veggies for garnish within the remaining veggies add brown sauce, seasonings lastly add fresh cream mix and take off.
  4. pour the prepared sauce on the chicken brochette.

How to make: Chicken Brochette

  1. Place all above in chicken marinate for 30 mins, wear wooden skewers like shashlik.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil within a fry fry and pan skewers.
  3. pour and take away over sauce.
