Two to three cups Dry Pinto Beans
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Ten cups Chicken Broth
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 1 chopped Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Carrot
- One and a halfteaspoon Salt
- Dash Red or even Black Pepper
- One and a halfclove Garlic, minced
How to make Slow Cooker Bean Soup
- Add pinto beans, bay leaf, chicken broth, green bell pepper, carrot, salt, pepper, as well as garlic to slow cooker.
- Cook on Reduced overnight.

- 1 15-oz can kidney beans, drained
- 1 15-oz can lima beans, drained
- 1 15-oz butter beans, drained

- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

- 1 Large package pasteurized process cheese spread, diced

- I don’t have times since i have use a little Nesco and it cooks hot, therefore it was at 150 and done in about 2 hours.
- I would guess on low 6-8 hours, medium 4-5 hours, high A couple of hours.

- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram

- kaiser rolls or a good sourdough sandwich roll.

- 1 6oz can tomato paste
- One and a halflarge onion-chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper-chopped
- 2 15oz cans kidney beans-drained
- 1/4 cup brown sugar-light or dark
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
How to make Slow Cooker Chili
- Brown ground chuck and sausage in large skillet.
- Drain and transfer to slow cooker/crock pot(4 quart or larger).
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
- If chili becomes too thick,add a little water.
- Works well with corn bread and topped with sour cream,chopped raw onion,cheddar cheese,or whatever you like.

- 1/2 c apple cider vinegar
- 1 c favortie bbq sauce (I use cattlemens)
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- Splash of worchestershire sauce
- 3ish lbs western style spareribs. (These are the thick ones that are areadly cut into pieces.
How to make Crockpot Ribs
- Whisk all ingredients together (aside from ribs) inside your crockpot
- Add the ribs to the sauce and turn these phones coat.
- Cook on high for around 6 hours or cook on low for around
- If I’m home when creating them i quickly good it on high, however when Im at work during the day I let it rest on low and so i don’t have to be worried about it scorching. My crockpot cooks things pretty fast when it is on high.

3-4 lb pork butt or shoulder, most fat trimmed off.
- 1-to-1 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/4 cup of veg oil
- One teaspoon of salt or to taste
- 3 garlic cloves smashed
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp of oregano
- 1/4 tsp cumin
How to make Slow Cooker Carnitas
- Cut pork but into fourths. In a large skillet heat the veg oil until hot. Season pork liberally with salt and pepper. Add to pan, and let brown nicely. Once all sides are browned transfer to crockpot, juices and all. Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth, smashed garlic, and remaining seasonings. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours. Shred with fork and increase tacos, or filling for burritos or tortas!!ENJOY!!!
