    11/2 cups finely chopped fresh mushrooms

  • 3/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
  • 11/2 pounds ground beef
  • 21/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 6 hamburger buns, split

Preparation Method

  • Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well.
  • Shape mixture into 6 patties about 3/4 inches thick.
  • Place patties in a skillet over medium heat; cook about 15 minutes or until desired degree of doneness, turning once.
  • Serve in hamburger buns.
