Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Directions:

  • Beat eggs and add salt, pepper, soya sauce, green onions and capsicum.
  • Heat oil in a frying-pan, add the egg mixture and cook slowly.
  • As the omelette cooks, turn over to cook the other side. Fold and serve hot.
