  • 15 ice cubes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla rice milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Mix ice, blueberry, grain milk, blueberries, peanut butter, and walnut syrup inside a blender blend on low speed. Increase speed to medium-high and blend until smooth.
