- Millet Flour – 200 gms
- Ghee – 1 tblsp
- Salt to taste
How to make Rotla Recipe
1. Combine the millet flour, ghee and salt together well.
2. Add the lukewarm water and knead into a soft dough.
3. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions.
4. Flatten each portion into small rounds with the help of wet palms.
5. Heat a griddle and cook the rotla on both the sides alternatively till brown spots appear on the surface.
6. Repeat for the rest.
7. Serve hot.
