Besan ka Paratha Ingredients

For Stuffing:

    2 teaspoon oil

  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 1 teaspoon sauf
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mango powder (amchoor)
  • salt to taste
  • For dough
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • salt to taste
  • water for kneading

How to make Besan ka Paratha

  • For Stuffing:Heat oil in pan, roast besan in it till light pink in color. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  • Add all the masala in it, Mix it thoroughly.
  • For Paratha: Make dough by mixing salt and then water in wheat flour.
  • Roll out 6 inches roti, put stuffing in the center. Fold and roll it again make a thin paratha.
  • On a hot tava, cook it with both side brushed with oil. Eat with your favorite chutney or spicy pickle.
  • Besan ka Paratha is ready to serve.
