  • Mince ½ kg
  • Pearl Millet Flour 1 cup
  • Tomato (finely chopped) 1
  • Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp heaped
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Coriander (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped) half cup
  • Green Chilies (chopped) 4
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil for frying

How to make: Hara Lahsan aur Bajray kay Kabab

  1. Mix completely in mince and knead well.
  2. Making into balls and deep fry until golden brown.
