Sugared Pecans Recipe


  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • Two egg whites
  • One and a half cup sugar
  • 1 pound pecan halves

How to make Sugared Pecans

  • Heat stove in order to 325°F. Location butter within 15x10x1-inch cooking skillet; dissolve in oven for just two to three minutes.
  • In small bowl, beat egg whites till rigid. Add sugar; beat nicely. Stir in pecans until engrossed in mixture. Pour mixture into baking skillet; stir in to dissolved butter.
  • Bake from 325°F. with regard to Thirty to Thirty-five moments, stirring each and every Ten minutes. Distribute upon waxed document; cool. Store in air-tight pot.
  • Sugared Pecans is ready to serve.
