How to Make Cottage Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ltr milk
  • 1/2 kg yogurt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar

Method:

  • Heat milk till it boils. Remove from heat. Whip yogurt with salt and sugar and add to the milk. The milk will curdle.
  • Strain the milk and yogurt mixture in a cottage cheese container or hang in a muslin cloth for half an hour to drain the liquid.
  • Remove and pat into a ball.
