- Pre heat the oven to 200°C or put it on Gas Mark 6.
- Cut each potato into eight wedges, leaving the skin on.
- Place the wedges in a bowl with the olive oil and stir until coated.
- Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
