  • Pre heat the oven to 200°C or put it on Gas Mark 6.
  • Cut each potato into eight wedges, leaving the skin on.
  • Place the wedges in a bowl with the olive oil and stir until coated.
  • Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Homemade Wedges Recipe is ready to serve.
