Ingredients:
1 ltr milk 
½ kg yogurt 
1 tsp salt 
¼ tsp sugar
 
Method:
Heat milk till it boils. Remove from heat. Whip yogurt with salt and sugar and add to the milk. The milk will curdle.
Strain the milk and yogurt mixture in a cottage cheese container or hang in a muslin cloth for half an hour to drain the liquid.
Remove and pat into a ball.
